We thought that we are going to have plain sailing today after our #Chalbidesert experience. We had to take a divertion because of roadworks and Charlie got a huge cut in his rear tyre. Eventually after the second attempt to patch the hole, he had to put on his last rear tyre which was only due for #Khartoum in #Sudan. On our next of day we will tackle the damaged tyre and put a proper gator in. We did half the distance we planned to do today. We just crossed the border in time for Ethiopia, staying over in #Moyale tonight. We had some really good spicy Ethiopian food at a hotel we are staying over. Die job loop mooi.
